Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and expertise in Dynatrace.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing performance using Dynatrace and ELK stack.
n
- This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering high quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

n

- Provide technical support for Dynatrace and ELK stack, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
n
- Monitor system performance and reliability, implementing improvements as necessary.
n
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance system capabilities.
n
- Document technical processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
n
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of monitoring tools and systems.
n
- Participate in on call support rotation to address urgent technical issues as they arise.
n




- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to SRE and monitoring solutions.
n

Mandatory Skills:

n

n
- Proven experience with Dynatrace as a monitoring and performance management tool.
n
- Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
n
- Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log management and analysis.
n
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
n
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
n

Preferred Skills:

n

n
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their monitoring tools.
n
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
n
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
n
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
n
- Experience in a customer facing technical support role.
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
n
- 4 years of experience in a technical support or SRE role.
n
- Relevant certifications in Dynatrace or related technologies are a plus.
