The Opportunity

We have a large pipeline of upcoming projects and are expanding our team. JAC Civil is seeking an experienced Concreter with a strong background in civil construction and structural concreting for a permanent, full-time or casual role. About the Role

n

As our Concreter, you will:

n

Construct civil concrete structures including formwork, kerb and channel, slabs, footpaths, headwalls, and aprons

n

Build to design levels and job specifications

n

Read and interpret plans and drawings to deliver quality outcomes

n

Operate plant and equipment as needed (holding internal competencies)

n

Forecast, plan, and complete daily tasks with minimal supervision

n

Use company tablets for online dockets, timesheets and daily diaries

n

Work safely and contribute to JACC's strong safety culture

n

Mentor others, share experience and support the onsite team

n

Key Requirements

n

Certificate III in Concreting or equivalent experience

n

Minimum 3 years concreting or leading hand experience (civil construction experience preferred)

n

Proven ability to work independently and in teams

n

Sound knowledge of formwork and finishing techniques

n

Ability to meet project targets and production goals

n

Current QLD driver's licence (HR not required but advantageous)

n

Construction White Card or willing to obtain

n

Physically fit and able to work across various site conditions

n

Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
