Stanbroke is a family-owned Australian beef and cattle company, exporting premium grain- and grass-fed beef to over 40 countries. The 203 is our newest venture — a Brisbane restaurant pairing Queensland's finest beef with traditional Italian pasta, fresh off a full renovation and menu relaunch that's taken the experience to the next level.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be a driving force behind an experience guests remember. That means:

- Bringing the menu to life — sourcing stories, seasonal specials, the lot
- Setting the scene with immaculate tables and dining spaces, every service
- Welcoming guests and owning reservations with warmth and polish
- Nailing orders and working seamlessly with kitchen and bar, handling dietary needs with care and discretion
- Serving with the precision and grace fine dining demands
- Opening wine like a pro, pouring with confidence, mixing a mean basic cocktail




- Staying one step ahead all night — clearing, refilling, anticipating
- Keeping your section spotless and fully compliant, always
