We're on the hunt for standout Front of House team members, people who love hospitality, thrive in a rapid-paced environment, and know how to make every guest feel right at home.

If you're energetic, genuine and love what you do, we want to meet you.

You’ll bring:

- 2+ years' experience in a similar high-volume venue
- Excellent communication and a warm, engaging personality
- A natural flair for hospitality and attention to detail
- A strong understanding of what great service really looks like
- Full availability and a hands-on attitude

You’ll be:

- Delivering warm, attentive service that leaves a lasting impression
- Maintaining The Grounds' high standards across every guest experience
- Working alongside a vibrant, supportive team that gives 100% every day

Days & Nights available. No late nights ever again!

Section Waiters

Confident running your own section while keeping service smooth, fun and professional.

Baristas -

2 years minimum in high volume, if you double as a bartender as well, amazing !

Events team

weekend availability a must! Work in some of our gorgeous events venues
