Motorcycle Holdings—Australia's largest motorcycle dealership network is searching for a sharp, detail‐obsessed Dealership Accountant to support a cluster of high‐performing retail sites. In this fast‐paced and hands‐on role, you'll partner closely with Dealer Principals and the Regional Manager, owning end‐to‐end financial operations and becoming a trusted advisor across the business. Backed by a supportive admin team and reporting to the Divisional Financial Controller - Retail, you'll play a critical role in driving accuracy, insight, and financial performance.

What You'll Do

- Lead month‐end and year‐end processes with precision
n
- Maintain trial balances, reconcile balance sheets & ensure correct P&L; allocations
n
- Review GST transactions and assist with monthly BAS
n




- Calculate fortnightly & monthly commissions
n
- Support audits and PBC requirements
n
- Prepare data for budgets and bi‐monthly forecasts
n
- Submit OEM financial reports
n
- Jump in with broader accounting support across the retail division
n

What You Bring

- Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business
n
- CA/CPA qualified or actively working toward it
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and deadline discipline
n
- Strong communication and analytical skills
n
- Dealership or retail accounting experience (a big plus!)
