Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a major enterprise technology transformation program in Brisbane.

n

This is a senior architecture role with responsibility for shaping secure, scalable and resilient solutions across Azure, data platforms, analytics, AI, enterprise integration and operational systems.

n

You'll work closely with enterprise architects, Data & AI specialists, security architects, developers and delivery teams, providing technical leadership from solution design through to implementation and assurance.

- Paying up to $156.60 per hour

- Brisbane CBD location, in office 50%

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across multiple technology workstreams.
n
- Develop conceptual, logical and technical solution architectures.
n
- Design solutions spanning Azure, data platforms, analytics, AI services and enterprise applications.
n
- Define and govern integration architecture and patterns.
n
- Lead architecture reviews, design assurance and technical governance.
n
- Produce architecture artefacts including solution designs, diagrams, integration specifications and architecture decision records.
n
- Define non-functional requirements across scalability, resilience, availability, performance, monitoring and recoverability.
n
- Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, information management and governance requirements.
n




- Provide architectural oversight of vendor-delivered solutions.
n
- Advise senior stakeholders on technology direction, risk, dependencies and future capability.
n
- Support responsible and appropriately governed use of AI-enabled solutions.
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- 10+ years' experience across Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or similar senior architecture roles.
n
- Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
n
- Excellent knowledge across:n n

- AI-enabled solutions

- Information Management
n
- Security Architecture

- Experience designing cloud-native and enterprise integration solutions.

- Experience with operational reporting, data integration and secure enterprise platforms.
n
- Robust understanding of architecture governance, identity, security and cloud architecture patterns.
n
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and strategic architectural advice.
n
- Experience within government, regulated environments, intelligence, investigation, regulatory, information-sharing or decision-support platforms will be highly regarded.
n

A relevant technology degree is desirable but not mandatory.

n
