Oleada Solar is growing, and we're looking for an experienced CEC Accredited Solar Electrician who's ready to step into a Leading Hand position and take ownership of their own crew.

This Role Is For You If...

- You're a CEC Accredited Solar Electrician with strong residential experience.
n
- You're confident running solar and battery installations from start to finish.
n
- You can lead and mentor apprentices.
n
- You take pride in clean, compliant workmanship.
n
- You can make decisions and solve problems on site.

- You care about the customer experience.
n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Running residential solar and battery installations.
n
- Leading your crew and apprentices on site.
n
- Commissioning, testing and fault finding.
n
- Maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
n




- Communicating with customers throughout the installation.
n
- Taking ownership of the finished job.
n
- Helping us improve our systems and standards as Oleada Solar grows.

What You'll Need

n

CEC Solar Accreditation is essential.

n

n
- Current Queensland Electrical Licence.
n
- Current CEC Solar Accreditation.
n
- Current Driver's Licence.
n
- White Card.
n
- Strong residential solar experience.
n
- Battery experience is highly regarded.
n
- Strong attention to detail.
n
- Good communication and leadership skills.
n
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
