Job Description

We are currently looking for an entry -level Customer Service Officer to join our team. If you've just finished school or have experience in retail or hospitality and want to kick-start your career, this role offers full training and hands-on learning. You'll support customers, coordinate home repairs, and gain all the skills you need to succeed. You'll also be part of a dynamic team, working closely with our administration and customer care teams.

This role is a full-time, office-based position based in Heidelberg West,VIC.

n

Please note that this position will commence in mid-January 2026.

Key responsibilities:

n

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and stakeholders
n
- Lodge new claims via internal and external systems
n
- Manage portfolio of claims from start to finish
n
- Liaise with clients,



insurance companies and trades to ensure smooth workflow
n
- Coordination of internal calendars and schedules
n
- Perform other duties as assigned.
