About you

- Extensive automotive workshop experience
n
- Robust mechanical knowledge
n
- Relevant Motor Mechanic or Diesel Motor Mechanic trade qualification highly regarded
n
- Organised and confident communicating with customers and technicians
n
- Computer literate
n
- Able to prioritise changing workshop demands
n
- Capable of taking genuine ownership of the position

About the role

n

This is a unique senior position combining workshop leadership and technical knowledge with the day-to-day management, customer service and administration of a busy mechanical workshop. The role suits an experienced Motor Mechanic or Diesel Motor Mechanic who is ready to transition away from being permanently on the tools and into a senior workshop management position. You will support technicians on the workshop floor, while also confidently managing customers, quoting, parts, suppliers,



fleet requirements and general workshop administration.
