Key responsibilities

- Cash management
n
- Establishing product mix, stock management and service standards
n
- Ensuring effective day-to-day management of the store whilst achieving targets
n
- Financial management, including inventory management and increasing sales
n
- Assisting to drive cultural change
n
- Providing exceptional customer service
n
- Promoting and managing the store and its services
n
- Selecting and training the staff
n




- Making sure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations within store
n

About you

n

n
- Experience in retail setting
n
- Experience in a management
n
- A head for figures, experience managing budgets and targets, and other financial aspects
n
- A high level of retail seafood awareness
n
- Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
n
- Leadership, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Diploma /Bachelor qualification in the similar stream
