About the Chance

We are looking for the best Sommeliers in the industry. Work with the most talented wine team in Australia and join a team dedicated to excellence. Headed by Loic Avril and Yuki Hirose MS.



Full-time and casual opportunities available.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

n

n
- Sommelier experience
n
- Extensive knowledge of wine, new and old world
n
- Previous experience in delivering wine training is advantageous
n
- Experience with stock control and inventory management
n
- Must be up to date with industry trends
n
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
n
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
n
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
n
- Organisational and time management skills
n
- Exceptional communication and presentation
n
- Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
n
- WSET or CMS certification advantageous
n
- A valid RSA certificate
n
