We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy food and grocery warehouse. The successful candidate will have solid leadership skills, excellent organisation and a proven ability to manage warehouse staff and operations efficiently.

What you need

n

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor role
n




- Strong leadership and people management skills
n
- Experience within food, grocery, FMCG or logistics highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n

n

What you will be doing

- Managing day-to-day warehouse operations
n
- Supervising and coordinating warehouse staff
n
- Overseeing receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
n
- Managing stock levels and inventory accuracy
n
- Coordinating loading and unloading of deliveries
n
- Monitoring warehouse productivity and performance
n
- Ensuring food handling, safety and workplace procedures are followed
n
- Rostering and allocating staff as required
n
- Liaising with drivers, suppliers and customers
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse
n
- Working closely with management to achieve operational targets
n
