About the role

n

We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse to join our team Mental Health Drug & Alcohol Services (MHDA) at Orange Health Campus who can play a vital role in supporting consumers on their recovery journey.

n

In this role, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the broader multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within an inpatient mental health setting. You will contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, while supporting consumers with a range of mental health needs and promoting their wellbeing, recovery, and independence.

n

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, sound clinical judgement, and the ability to build therapeutic relationships with consumers, their families, and carers. You will be confident working in a dynamic environment and supporting people who may present with complex mental health conditions or challenging behaviours. Your ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing clinical demands will be key to your success.
