This is a hands-on recruitment role focused on sourcing, engaging and placing high-quality IT and technology professionals, with a particular focus on the Canberra and Federal Government market.

Key responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across contract and permanent IT roles
n
- Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, job boards and networking
n
- Building strong talent pools across niche and high-demand technology skill sets
n
- Screening, interviewing and qualifying candidates against client requirements
n
- Managing multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously
n
- Building long-term relationships with candidates and maintaining strong engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle
n
- Taking on Account Management responsibilities to deliver high-quality outcomes for key clients
n

About you

n

n
- Previous experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant, Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruitment Consultant
n




- Ideally with exposure to the Federal Government or Canberra technology market
n
- Proactive and highly organised
n
- Comfortable managing multiple requirements
n
- Strong candidate sourcing, engagement and relationship-building skills
n
