Supervisor/Relief Duty Manager (Part-time)

About the role

n

This role offers the opportunity to supervise daily floor operations and step up into Duty Manager responsibilities as required. You will oversee the venue, staff, and cash-handling, with duties reverting to Bar/Gaming or Admin shifts when not acting in a supervisor role. This position offers excellent career progression, ongoing skilled training, and the opportunity to advance into full-time management roles.

Key responsibilities

n

Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring high standards of service and compliance,

n

Step up into the Duty Manager role as required to oversee the venue, staff, and cash-handling

n

Efficiently utilize club systems,



including Senpos (POS) and IGT (Gaming), to manage trading

n

Resolve patron inquiries and maintain a welcoming, safe environment for members and guests

n

About you

n

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a registered club or hospitality venue

n

Must hold a current RSA, RCG and ARCG (Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certifications

n

Strong working knowledge of SENPOS, IGT systems, and/or similar operating systems are preferrable

n

Flexible availability to work a part-time roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

n

A genuine desire to undergo further training and professional development to advance your career
