The Role

n

We're looking for someone to join the team and look after the stores and inventory side of our Laverton North branch.

n

The majority of the role is focused on stores and inventory – receiving and dispatching stock, keeping inventory accurate, completing cyclic counts, ordering stock and processing credits and RFCs.

n

You'll also cover internal sales each morning from around 7:00am-8:30am, helping customers at the counter and over the phone. You'll need to be comfortable dealing with customers and happy to jump in and help with orders and enquiries as they come through.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Receiving, picking, packing and dispatching stock
n
- Helping manage stock levels and inventory accuracy
n
- Completing cyclic stock counts
n
- Ordering and replenishing stock
n
- Processing credits and RFCs
n
- Booking courier collections and managing freight
n
- Keeping the stores area organised and running smoothly
n




- Handling internal sales and customer enquiries each morning
n
- Helping customers at the counter and over the phone
n

About You

n

You'll suit this role if you:

n

n
- Have some experience in stores, warehousing, inventory or a similar workplace
n
- Are confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
n

n

Take initiative and are comfortable working independently

n

n
- Have good attention to detail and keep on top of what needs to be done
n
- Are comfortable jumping between hands-on stores work and customer service
n
- Have a driver's licence and full Australian working rights
n

n

Experience in security, electrical or another wholesale environment would be useful, but isn't essential.

n
