We are now looking for a driven Assistant Club Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Salamander Bay club.

The Role

This is a full-time position where you will work closely with the Club Manager to drive membership growth, deliver exceptional member experiences, and maintain high operational standards within the club.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the Club Manager with daily club operations
- Delivering outstanding customer service to members and guests
- Managing membership enquiries and converting leads into new members
- Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives to grow the club




- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment
- Supporting member retention and community engagement
- Completing administrative tasks including membership management and reporting

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is motivated, proactive, and passionate about health and fitness.

Ideal candidates will have:

- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Solid communication and people skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative
- A genuine passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals
- Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
- Availability for mornings and evenings

The following are required:

Experience in the fitness industry or a leadership role is highly desirable but not essential.
