Production Operative - Wetherill Park

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Chemical Production Operator to join our team. This is a hands‑on role working with raw materials, blending chemicals, and supporting safe and efficient production processes in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting production operations, including:

- Picking raw materials for chemical batch production
- Mixing chemical blends to required specifications and concentrations
- Operating equipment to pump liquids and dissolve powders
- Filling and packaging products ranging from 5L to 1,000L containers
- Performing manual handling tasks (up to 25kg)
- Operating a forklift as required
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard‑free workspace

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:





- Previous experience in a production or chemical environment (preferred)
- A current LF Forklift Licence
- Strong attention to detail, especially with paperwork and batch records
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform physical, hands‑on work
- A strong commitment to safety and following procedures
