Harwood Property Agents is looking for a motivated school leaver or someone at the beginning of their career to join the team as a full-time Real Estate Trainee. This is an opportunity to get paid while obtaining your real estate qualification/licence and learn the industry from an experienced team, qualified sales coaches and industry specialists. You'll get hands-on experience across the entire real estate business and work alongside an experienced senior team in a small business where you'll be exposed to all aspects of real estate.

Key responsibilities

- Sales and property marketing

- Social media, content and branding

- Preparing proposals and property appraisals

- Coordinating photography, marketing and signboards
n
- Open homes and attending auctions
n
- Learning the sales process from listing through to settlement

- Front desk, phones and client service

- Assisting multiple sales agents
n
- Coordinating offshore support team

- General office and team administration
