- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

- Proven industry experience delivering on $50m - $80m+ projects
n
- Ability to run multiple construction projects
n
- An absolute commitment to the safety and the well being of self and others in the work place
n
- Proven leadership and management experience
n
- Must have a polished approach when dealing with clients
n
- Solid relationship building, influencing & negotiation skills and have effective team-player capabilities
