We are a Brisbane CBD based plaintiff personal injury firm that is growing.

We are looking for our next superstar Lawyer to join our incredible team. You will be working along side 2 senior Lawyers and 1 junior Lawyer.

n

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years Post Admission Experience (PAE)with the ability to confidently to run matters autonomously across the areas of CTP Motor Vehicle Accident Claims, WorkCover claims and Public Liability claims.

n

Key responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Management of personal injury files to resolution;
n
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including Notice of Accident Claim Forms, Notice of Claim for Damages, Part 1 and Part 2 Notice of Claim Forms, submissions, and settlement documents;
n




- Liaising with clients, insurers, counsel, medical professionals, and other stakeholders;
n
- Attending settlement conferences;
n
- Written advices to clients.
