n This is a broader commercial role for someone who understands D&C;, construction and project delivery and wants exposure across pre-construction, procurement, contracts, finance and operations.

THE ROLE

- $140,000 - $150,000 + Super
n
- Workplace, office fitout and commercial projects
n
- Work across pre-construction, design and D&C; delivery
n
- Support procurement, contracts and subcontractor management
n
- Manage variations, claims, progress claims and final accounts
n
- Monitor project costs, forecasts and margins
n
- Work closely with Finance on project reporting and forecasting
n
- Work alongside Preconstruction, Design, Project Management and Site teams
n
- Report directly to the Head of Operations
n
- Help develop commercial systems, processes and reporting
n
- Opportunity to take ownership and help grow the business unit
n

ABOUT YOU

n

You could come from a Contracts Administration, Commercial, Project Coordination, Preconstruction or D&C; background.
n Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- Experience within commercial construction, fitout or D&C;
n
- Understanding of contracts and subcontractor management
n
- Experience with procurement and project costs
n
- Exposure to variations, claims or commercial reporting
n
- Strong financial and commercial awareness
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach
n
- Desire to grow with a developing business
n

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll sit across Preconstruction, Design, Construction and Finance, giving you broad exposure to the commercial side of a growing D&C; business.
