PATIENT COORDINATOR / FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR and a DENTAL ASSISTANT

3–4 days per week- Casual potential Part-time | Mudgeeraba, Gold Coast

Mint Dental is a growing, modern dental practice in Mudgeeraba, and we're looking for an exceptional Patient Coordinator / Front Office Coordinator to join our team.

n

This is more than simply answering phones and booking appointments.

n

You'll play an important role in creating an amazing experience for our patients and helping our practice run smoothly behind the scenes.

Your role

n





You'll be involved in all aspects of the patient journey, including:

n

- Welcoming and looking after our patients
n
- Answering phones and managing enquiries
n
- Booking and coordinating appointments
n
- Treatment follow-up and patient communication
n
- Recall and reactivation
n
- Helping keep the appointment book running smoothly
n
- Coordinating with our dentists and clinical team
n
- Helping patients understand their treatment and next steps
n
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice
n
- Looking for ways to continually improve the patient experience
n

Dental experience is highly regarded, but personality and attitude are just as important to us.
