About the role
n
As a Clinical Nurse within the POSTMAN (Post Marrow Allied Health and Nursing) Clinic, you will deliver specialist nursing care to patients following bone marrow transplantation and complex CAR-T therapy. Working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in supporting patients from hospital discharge through to day 100 post-transplant. You will practice autonomously, provide expert clinical assessment and intervention, coordinate patient care, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.

- Apply advanced clinical nursing expertise, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to deliver a high standard of consumer/patient centred care.

- Respond appropriately to and provide support and direction to manage sudden alterations in the health status of the consumer/patient using advanced nursing assessment and intervention skills.
