Responsibilities and Duties:
n
As a Landscape Maintenance Gardener with Lennox Lawns, you will take responsibility to work in a small team to maintain and improve the lawns and gardens of our valued customer base.
n
Working in both Commercial and Residential properties throughout Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina you will ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and hold a current Australian drivers license.
n
Provide exceptional customer service and communication with our clients to ensure their garden care needs are met.
n
Applicants with the following will be viewed favourably:
n
Demonstrated understanding of Landscape Maintenance in all aspects including mowing (both ride on and push mowing), edging, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, fertilising, general plant maintenance and green waste removal etc.
n
Minimum of 1-2 years of landscape maintenance experience is required.
n
Certificate in Horticulture, Landscaping, Parks and Gardens or equivalent (desirable)
n
Reliable, punctual, an eye for detail and responsible
n
Well presented with valuable communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
n
Sound knowledge and practical application of WH&S; principles and the Work Health and Safety legislation
n
Be physically fit and able to work outside for long periods
