The Role

n

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion.

n

You will oversee all aspects of project performance including programme management, commercial outcomes, client relationships, safety, quality and team leadership.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead the delivery of construction projects from commencement to completion
n
- Manage project budgets, forecasting and financial performance
n
- Develop and maintain project programmes and critical milestones
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
n
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
n
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
n
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
n
- Oversee contract administration, variations and procurement activities
n
- Drive project quality and compliance standards
n
- Mentor and lead project teams to achieve successful outcomes
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will possess:

n

n
- Proven Project Management experience within the construction industry
n
- Experience delivering projects valued at $10M+ preferred
n
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing site and project teams
n
- Sound understanding of contract administration and project controls
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
n
