Job Description

Lumia Care in Victoria is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to assist elderly clients in the Sutherland region to remain safely at home and connected with their community.

You will provide social support, companionship, and practical help with daily tasks, guided by dignity, respect, and person-centred care principles. The role offers a supportive team with induction and mentoring, and a weekday roster (Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm).
