We have opportunities for Venue Managers, Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers across a diverse range of pubs, bars and entertainment venues, including flagship locations such as Regatta Hotel, Port Office Hotel, The Wickham and Babylon Brisbane.

We're looking for

n

n
- Previous management or leadership experience within a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue
n
- Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
n
- The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
n
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs
n
- A hands-on leadership style and passion for great customer experiences
n
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other qualifications required for the role
