In this role, you will develop your practice from a novice to a proficient Enrolled Nurse while remaining accountable for your own actions and responsibilities in providing nursing care.

Key responsibilities

- You will support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in delivering person-centred care that aligns with regulatory and statutory requirements.

- Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will contribute to the provision of protected and effective nursing care within the healthcare team.

What you need

- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
n
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
n
- Ability to prioritise workload, recognise changes in clinical condition and provide person-centred care.
