About the Role
n Soul Dental in Varisty Lakes are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant / Dental Nurse to join their client's dynamic team. In this role, you will support the dentists and patients in delivering high-quality dental care, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for their patients.

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible and who is available to initially work 3-4 days per week, increasing to building up to 5 days per week.
n
They have a rotating fortnightly roster and you will need some flexibility for the below:

- Availability on Mondays until 6:15pm is essential
n
- Saturday availability is required (half day)
n
- Additional shifts may be available during the week depending on clinic needs
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Assist dental practitioners during various procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials prior to patient arrival.
n
- Provide chair-side assistance, ensuring patient comfort throughout treatments.
n
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
n
- Manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
n
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices.
n
n
Skills and Experiences
n
n
- Experience in dental assisting / dental nurse (preferred but not essential)
n
- Experience in clinical working environment (desirable but not essential)
n
- High level of attention to details
n
- Flexibility, reliability and punctuality
n
- Respectful, good attitude, willing to learn, and take instructions / feedback well
n
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
n
