We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Duty Manager to join our front-of-house team at the Gold Coast Lawn Bowls Club. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting our members and guests, and helping drive our marketing and service excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading from the front — delivering outstanding customer service and setting the tone for a positive, professional atmosphere.
Opening and closing the venue when required, ensuring all procedures are followed and compliance standards met.
Overseeing gaming operations and compliance — attention to detail and integrity are a must.
Supporting marketing activities and events to help promote the venue and enhance member engagement.
Working both independently and as part of a supportive,
hands-on team.

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in a Duty Manager or senior hospitality role.
Current RSA and RSG , with strong knowledge of gaming compliance .
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
