TeamHEALTH in Katherine is seeking a dedicated Child and Family Wellbeing Worker to deliver strength-based case management for children, young people and families in the Katherine and Big Rivers Region.
You will provide intensive one-to-one and group support, develop Family Action Plans, facilitate education on mental health, and build referral pathways. Travel to remote communities may be required. This role reports to the Team Leader and offers a friendly, supportive workplace.
