Are you a driven professional who can build strong client relationships and back it up with solid execution? We are seeking an ambitious Junior Business Development Manager & Project Coordinator to join our growing team in the Eastern Suburbs.

This is a unique hybrid role designed for someone who already has foundational experience negotiating with clients, but wants to step up their career under the mentorship of our Senior Leadership and BDM team. As we refine and scale our Current Business department, we need a high-performer who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves-someone who brings real output, not just big talk.

Contract Execution & Lead Nurturing: Chase incoming leads, build long-term client relationships, and work deals across the finish line to sign active project contracts.

Tendering & Executive Collaboration: Work directly alongside our tendering team and senior management to align bid strategies with overall business goals.

Marketing & Department Optimization:



Oversee company marketing initiatives and lead internal admin improvements (building presentation pitch decks, creating operational templates, and optimizing department spreadsheets).

Event Coordination: Manage small-scale company events and social functions (including the annual Christmas event).

About the Candidate

Proven Client Negotiation: Practical experience talking to clients, pitching, and handling preliminary contract discussions.

Admin & Execution Power: High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and document design. Exceptional attention to detail for template creation and process development.

Proactive Growth Mindset: Eager to learn directly from experienced industry leaders and step into higher responsibility over time.

Flexibility: Willingness to work outside standard 8-5 hours when required to close major deals, satisfy clients, or hit key performance targets.
