About the Role

Cafe managers are the captains on our battlefield. You will lead from the front by working day-to-day alongside your baristas, solving a million problems on the ground, and motivating your team towards victory. If you are obsessive about coffee and people, this role is for you.
Role available for Newtown & Haymarket .

Key Responsibilities

Team & Culture
Lead, hire, and develop a robust, reliable team while maintaining a high-energy and accountable culture

Daily Operations
Run smooth day-to-day operations, including shift execution, rostering, and labour control

Product & Quality
Maintain high standards across coffee, food, service,



and cleanliness while ensuring consistency and reducing waste

Inventory & Admin
Manage stock, ordering, stocktakes, supplier coordination, and POS updates

Customer Experience & Execution
Create a welcoming environment, handle customer feedback, and execute new menus, initiatives, and team training

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years experience in café or hospitality management

Strong barista skills and operational understanding

Confident, honest and direct leadership

Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

A genuine love for O3’s vision and what we are trying to build
