Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Product Marketing Specialist to take ownership of how Fienza's products are prepared, positioned and brought to market.
n
Sitting at the intersection of Product and Marketing, you'll play a key role in driving new product launches from brief through to market, gathering and validating product information, coordinating timelines and assets, developing positioning and messaging, briefing creative, and making sure everything is ready when it needs to be.
n
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll manage multiple launches and priorities at once, proactively follow up stakeholders, identify roadblocks before they become delays, and keep projects moving without needing to be chased.
n
You'll also bring a strong marketing lens, translating product features and technical information into compelling customer-focused stories across campaigns, website content, EDMs, brochures, social media, training and sales tools.
n
If you love products, marketing and making things happen, and you're equally comfortable getting into the detail as you are thinking about the bigger picture, we'd love to hear from you.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
- Own the marketing workflow for assigned current product launches from initial brief through to market.
n
- Develop clear product positioning and messaging that communicates benefits, design appeal and differentiation.
n
- Build and manage go-to-market plans, timelines and deliverables in collaboration with Marketing and Category.
n
- Proactively coordinate stakeholders, information, creative assets and approvals to keep launches on track.
n
- Identify risks, missing information or potential delays early and drive actions to resolve them.
n
- Translate technical product information into transparent, engaging and customer-focused marketing content.
n
- Brief and collaborate with our creative team on lifestyle imagery, brochures, digital assets, packaging and other launch collateral.
n
- Develop content across website, EDMs,
social media, brochures, sales tools and training resources.
n
- Support existing products throughout their lifecycle with content updates, range changes and ongoing marketing activity.
n
- Liaise closely with Category, Supply Chain, suppliers, Sales and After Sales to gather and validate product information.
n
- Maintain accurate and organised product marketing information, assets and project records.
n
- Ensure marketing outputs are accurate, consistent, compliant and aligned with the Fienza brand.
n
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress and manage multiple projects and deadlines confidently.
n
n
How You Work
n
n
- Naturally take ownership and follow things through to completion.
n
- Are proactive, you don't need to wait to be told what the next step is.
n
- Love organisation and have a solid sense of deadlines and priorities.
n
- Communicate early when something is at risk rather than waiting for a deadline to pass.
n
- Are comfortable following up stakeholders and driving actions across different teams.
n
- Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in getting information right.
n
- Ask questions when something doesn't make sense rather than making assumptions.
n
- Can balance multiple priorities without losing sight of the detail.
n
- Respond positively to feedback and genuinely want to keep developing.
n
- Bring a solutions-focused mindset when challenges arise.
n
- Enjoy being part of a collaborative, fast-moving marketing team.
n
n
Your Experience
n
n
- 3+ years' experience in product marketing, brand marketing, campaign management or a similar marketing role.
n
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is preferred.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing projects, campaigns or product launches from brief through to delivery.
n
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to translate detailed or technical information into engaging customer-focused content.
n
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- Confidence working with creative/design teams and preparing clear, actionable briefs.
n
- Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com is advantageous.
n
- Intermediate Adobe Creative Suite skills are advantageous but not essential.
n
- Experience within interiors, bathrooms, kitchens, homewares, retail, FMCG or another product-led business will be highly regarded.
n
