We are looking for a bright, bubbly and smiling front office reception/administration team member.

n

With on the job training and the ability to go from reception all the way to accountant with the right drive and training if you want or stay in the admin side of things.

n

Our office works with small to medium clients handling personal taxation returns, business taxation returns, Self Managed Superannuation, bookkeeping and advisory services.

n

We love seeing our clients succeed and reach there potential, no matter how big or small their goals are.

n

We encourage social gathering as a team to assist in our growth and connection and would need our new team member to to have that same "team" mentality.

A qualified phone manner

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Happy, Bubbly and well spoken

Previous reception experience is an advantage but not essential

n

Key Responsibilities

n

As the newest member of our team, you will be primarily responsible for:

n

General reception and administration duties

n

Meeting and greeting clients

n

Assist with administration tasks including opening/closing files, photocopying, scanning, sorting and collating documents

n

Communicating with clients over the phone and email

n

Making appointments, diary management and booking initial inquiries

n

Upkeep of reception area and meeting room

n

Collecting and posting of mail

n

Taking payments, receipting payments and end of day reconciliation of daily takings

n

Lodgement of various taxation forms

n

Dealings with The Australian Taxation Office and ASIC

n

Whilst this job is not a traineeship job offering a certification, we are happy to explore this option for the right candidate also
