Royal on the Park is Brisbane's leading independent hotel located in the CBD
n opposite the Botanic Gardens. We're looking for an experienced maintenance officer who has worked in a hotel or commercial building before and knows how to keep a busy property running. If you can diagnose a problem, know your way around plumbing, pick the right tool and work safely, we want to hear from you.

The Role

n

You'll work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. You'll be part of a small, capable maintenance team, supported by the Maintenance Manager and a part-time Handyperson, carrying out day-to-day repairs and upkeep across guest rooms, public areas and hotel equipment.

What You'll Do

n

Work through daily scheduled tasks and repairs, respond to maintenance
n requests from hotel departments, carry out plumbing, pool, repair and
n patch work, painting and general property upkeep, record maintenance activities




n accurately and follow Workplace Health & Safety policies.

What You'll Bring

n

Hands-on experience in a hotel or commercial building setting, confidence
n with hand and power tools, a keen eye for diagnosing what's wrong and knowinghow to fix it and the ability to communicate clearly with the team. Some plumbing knowledge is a essential.
