High Street Smash is a quality-driven smash repair facility located in Maitland, NSW. We are seeking an experienced Smash Repair Manager to oversee our daily workshop operations, maintain production flow, and lead our team.

In this role, you won't be bogged down by administrative bottleneck—you will be fully supported by an on-site estimator and two dedicated office support staff, allowing you to focus directly on workflow, production, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Workshop Operations: Direct daily workshop and office activities, managing each vehicle's progression through every stage of production.
n
- Scheduling & Flow: Plan vehicle intake and ensure consistent weekly repair departures.
n
- Production & Quality: Allocate jobs to tradespeople, monitor shop floor productivity, and enforce quality standards.
n
- Estimates & Insurers: Oversee assessments, estimates, supplements, and insurer approval processes.
n
- Parts & Delivery: Track parts availability, solve production delays, and ensure vehicles are completed, invoiced, and delivered on time.

- KPI Management: Meet agreed production, financial, and operational targets.

- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and direct the team in a firm, fair, and professional manner.

What We Are Looking For

n

- Industry Expertise: Proven management experience within a smash repair or panel shop environment.
n
- Technical Knowledge: Robust background in vehicle assessments, repair methods, estimating, and insurer workflows.
n
- Software Experience: Hands‐on experience with iBodyShop and Audanet is highly regarded.
n
- Leadership Style: A practical, results‐driven manager with clear communication skills and high organizational ability.

- Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience).
