About the role

n

As a New Car Sales Consultant, you will assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying process and deliver a professional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery. You will have access to modern CRM, lead-management and AI-powered tools designed to make customer follow-up easier and help you convert more opportunities into sales.

Key responsibilities

n

Assisting customers throughout the vehicle-buying process

n

Responding promptly to telephone, online and showroom enquiries





n

Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives

n

Following up sales opportunities and maintaining accurate CRM records

n

Working with management to negotiate and close sales

n

Achieving individual and dealership sales targets

n

Delivering a professional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery

n

About you

n

Automotive or retail sales experience

n

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

n

A professional, customer-focused approach

n

Confidence using CRM and lead-management systems

n

Motivation to achieve sales targets and maximise earning potential

n

A current Queensland motor salesperson registration, or the ability to obtain one

n

A current driver's licence

n

The ability to obtain a satisfactory police check

n
