Process Worker

n

Days: 3 days a week — Mon, Tues & Wed
n Shift: 3:30pm – 9:30pm
n Rate: $40.71/hr
n Potential: Opportunity for additional days and hours to increase in the coming months.

n

Key Duties & Responsibilities

n

n
- Carry out manual production tasks including weighing, trimming, portioning, hand-packing, and labelling under the direction of the Operator or Lead.
n
- Operate basic line equipment under supervision
n
- Monitor products for defects and report non-conforming items
n
- Maintain hygiene, gowning & PPE standards
n
- Cleaning and sanitation of workstations and equipment
n
- Complete production records accurately
n
- Assist with line changeovers
n
- Follow food safety, GMP & WHS requirements
n
- Work across Small Goods, Fresh Meats & RTE Packing sections
n

Skills, Experience & Requirements

n

n
- No formal qualifications required
n
- Physically capable of repetitive manual work
n
- Comfortable working in cold, wet & refrigerated environments
n




- Able to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift
n
- Comfortable with basic reading, writing and numbers
n
- Food safety & hygiene awareness — training provided
n
- NO Jewellery
n
- HACCP & GMP setting
n

Temperature: 2.4°C – 5.6°C
n Role: Manual pick & packing
n Physical: Standing for the duration of the shift
n Nature of work: Repetitive / monotonous production tasks
