Storeperson | Forklift Operator – Full Time

Location: Crestmead, Queensland

Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 8:30am- 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Safely load and unload company and third-party vehicles.
n
- Operate both high reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
n
- Pick, pack and palletise customer orders accurately, including CHEP palletising.
n
- Receive, check and put away incoming stock.
n
- Replenish warehouse locations and maintain stock accuracy.
n
- Conduct routine forklift safety checks and report any maintenance issues.
n
- Complete delivery, dispatch and inventory documentation accurately.
n




- Assist with stocktakes and inventory control activities.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
n
- Park company trucks and vans as required.
n
- Work collaboratively with warehouse, dispatch and customer service teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Current LF Forklift Licence.
n
- Demonstrated experience operating both high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
n
- Previous CHEP palletising experience.
n
- Experience working in a busy warehouse or distribution environment.
n
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling and lifting.
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
n
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
n
- Ability to work safely while following company procedures and WHS requirements.
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- LR, MR or HR Driver Licence.
n
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners.
n
- Experience working with dangerous goods or industrial products.
n
- Previous inventory or stock control experience.
n
