Senior Project Manager - Digital Transformation

6-Month Contract | Potential Extension | Sydney / Hybrid | $1,020 per day + super | ASAP Start

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a large-scale digital transformation program within a complex enterprise environment.

n

This is a delivery-focused role for a Senior PM who enjoys being close to the detail, driving execution and keeping complex projects moving. You will take ownership of a significant project stream, coordinating multiple teams and dependencies to ensure milestones are achieved and outcomes are delivered on time.

n

This is not a purely governance or reporting role — we are looking for someone who is hands-on, highly organised and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

About the Role

n

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a complex digital project involving multiple technology, business and integration teams.

n

You will bring structure to the project, establish clear delivery plans, manage dependencies and risks, resolve issues and ensure teams remain focused on achieving key outcomes.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, from planning through to execution and delivery.
n
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery schedules.
n
- Coordinate multiple technology, product, business and integration teams to drive delivery.
n
- Manage day-to-day project activity and ensure actions, deliverables and milestones remain on track.
n
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and blockers.
n




- Drive resolution of delivery issues and elevate where required to keep the project moving.
n
- Coordinate sprint planning, delivery ceremonies and other forums required to support execution.
n
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure requirements and deliverables are clearly understood.
n
- Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and ensure impacts are identified early.
n
- Provide transparent and concise reporting on delivery progress, risks, issues and key decisions.
n
- Prepare and lead project governance and stakeholder forums.
n
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and delivery leads to maintain alignment and momentum.
n
- Challenge delivery blockers, hold teams accountable for actions and ensure commitments are followed through.
n
- Bring structure, pace and accountability to a complex and fast-moving environment.

About You

You will be a proven Senior Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex projects within large, organisations.

n

Experience

n

n
- 7+ years' Project Management experience, ideally within large-scale enterprise environments.
n
- Proven experience delivering complex digital or technology projects.
n
- Strong experience coordinating multiple delivery teams and managing project dependencies.
n
- Demonstrated experience working across Agile delivery environments.
n
- Experience in retail, e-commerce or customer-facing digital transformation is highly desirable.
n
- Experience delivering projects involving multiple systems, integrations and technology teams will be highly regarded.
n
