Royale Cabinets is a growing, design-focused custom joinery studio based in Browns Plains. We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day administration of the business, with involvement across job coordination, suppliers, stone benchtops, product ordering, Xero and marketing.

Key responsibilities

- General administration and office duties
n
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
n
- Using Xero for accounts support
n
- Managing stone benchtop orders, including coordinating measurements, orders and installations
n
- Product and material ordering with suppliers
n
- Liaising with suppliers and following up orders
n
- Assisting with job and project administration
n
- Maintaining organised job files and documentation
n
- Supporting the team with scheduling and general coordination
n
- Managing and creating content for social media and marketing
n

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
n
- Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and team members
n




- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
n
- Ideally experienced with Xero
n
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
n
- Proactive and able to work independently
n
- Professional, friendly and approachable
n
- Experienced in administration, coordination or a similar role
n
- Full-time Monday-Friday position
n
