We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer with proven ability to build and shape high performing teams.

A full client base will be welcomed but is not required for this role, as long as you have a foundation on which to build while you enjoy the firm's pipeline work.

Bluerock Law is a boutique commercial law firm, within a larger multi- disciplinary skilled services firm, giving you the best of both worlds.

Our services include Commercial, Property, Employment, Immigration, Wills & Estates, Insolvency, and Dispute Resolution.

We are a team of 35 who enjoy working together to deliver quality commercial outcomes for our clients.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Leading a small Commercial team alongside another Commercial Director
n
- Servicing clients and providing advice on a range of commercial matters
n
- Ensuring high quality of work is delivered across the Commercial team
n
- Mentoring and developing lawyers to grow and be their best
n
- Working with the other six Directors and Managing Director to grow and lead the Law Firm
n
- All-rounder experienced commercial lawyer 10+ years PQE.
n
- Solid commercial technical skills, you may also have a specialist within a commercial area
n
- Excellent leader and mentor of staff




n
- Service orientated with a sense of urgency, setting the standard for others to follow
n
- Passion for helping clients big and small
n
- Proven success in business development
n
- Strong practice management skills
n
