Full Time & Part-time rate: $31.30 (Mon-Fri), $39.13 (Sat), $46.95 (Sun) - Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020

About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager / Restaurant Supervisor to assist with leading our front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and helping to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with the Venue Manager, bar and restaurant teams, and kitchen staff to maintain our high standards of service, efficiency, and team culture.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Oversee day-to-day FOH operations across the restaurant, bar, and events spaces.
n
- Lead and motivate FOH staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
n
- Manage staff rosters, training, and performance on shift.
n
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
n
- Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and venue policies.
n
- Open and/or close the venue, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting.

About You

n

n
- Previous hospitality leadership experience (duty manager, supervisor, or similar).
n
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service excellence.
n
- Current RSA required; RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues); Approved Manager's License
n
- Passion for creating a positive team culture and memorable guest experiences.
n
- Availability to work all shifts including nights, evenings and weekends is essential.
