Key Responsibilities

- Manage, prep, and run the kitchen efficiently during high-volume service.

- Maintain exceptional standards of food presentation, flavor, and portion control.

- Order stock, manage rotation, and minimize wastage.
n
- Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.

- Support, train, and mentor the team.
