What you'll actually be doing
n
This isn't a role where you'll spend your days sitting in meetings discussing marketing.
n
You'll be the creative engineer!
n
You'll lead the marketing and communications function across Yamaha branded and white-label finance and insurance products, helping customers turn their Yamaha dreams into reality.
n
One day you could be launching an integrated campaign.
n
The next, optimising customer journeys, analysing performance data, planning an event, briefing creative partners or developing communications for our Dealer Partners.
n
You'll have the freedom to shape strategy while staying hands on with execution.
n
You're responsible for
n
Building and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
n
Driving brand consistency across customer, dealer and partner channels
n
Managing digital performance across SEO, SEM and paid media
n
Leading customer insights, market research and competitor analysis
n
Developing dealer marketing toolkits and lead generation programs
n
Managing websites, digital content and social media activity
n
Owning CRM communications, email marketing and customer journeys
n
Planning events, trade shows and partner activations
n
Working closely with agencies, vendors and internal teams to deliver great outcomes
n
Continuously improving customer experience through smarter marketing
n

What we're looking for
n
Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns and managing agency partners
n
Robust performance marketing knowledge across SEO, SEM and paid media
n
Experience working in financial services or another regulated environment
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
n
Familiarity with web, social and content platforms
n
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms
n
