Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks on construction sites such as digging, carrying materials, and using hand and power tools

Support the construction team with various tasks as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment

Qualifications

Prior experience in civil construction or a related field is preferred

Ability to work in a physically demanding setting and lift heavy objects

Strong commitment to safety and following established protocols

Reliable and punctual with excellent teamwork skills

n

Any relevant certifications or training in construction safety is a plus

Day-to-Day

Arrive at the job site punctually and ready to engage in the day's tasks

Work closely with the construction team to accomplish project goals

Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

n

Utilize various hand and power tools to carry out assigned tasks

n

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow
