Job Description

CSK Services is a civil construction contractor — earthworks, piling and plant hire — delivering for Tier 1 clients. We're looking for an experienced Safety Advisor to drive HSE across our active civil, piling and earthworks projects. This role is Sydney-based but requires regular travel to regional NSW project sites, including periods away from home. You'll need a current driver's licence and the flexibility to work across multiple locations.

The role

- Drive WHS compliance across active civil, piling and earthworks sites
n
- Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations
n
- Deliver site inductions, pre-starts and toolbox talks
n
- Prepare, review and maintain SWMS and site safety documentation
n
- Support incident response, notifiable-incident reporting and corrective actions in line with SafeWork NSW requirements

- Liaise with Tier 1 clients and site teams on HSE requirements and interface
n
- Help maintain our ISO 45001 / 9001 / 14001 management system and keep us audit-ready

About you

n

n
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety
n
- Proven safety experience in civil construction (piling and earthworks highly regarded)
n
- Solid working knowledge of the NSW WHS Act & Regulation and SafeWork NSW requirements
n
- Construction Induction (White Card) and a current driver's licence
n
- Incident investigation experience ICAM or similar an advantage
n
- Experience working under a Tier 1 principal contractor's HSE systems (desirable)
n
- A confident, hands-on communicator who can hold the line on safety and build trust with crews and clients
