We are seeking a passionate and strategic Partnerships & Fundraising Manager to help sustain and expand our mission through impactful donor engagement, community campaigns, and strategic partnerships.

The Role

n

As the Partnerships & Fundraising Manager, you will play a vital role in securing the resources and relationships that power OnePath Network's global da'wah efforts.

n

You'll blend purpose with performance — nurturing donors,



developing partnerships, and driving initiatives that expand OnePath's reach and sustainability.

n

Your approach will be both relational and strategic: building trust with individuals who believe in our cause, and forming collaborations with businesses, community leaders, and institutions that align with our vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development, implementation, and delivery of OnePath Network's fundraising and partnership strategies.
n
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with individual donors, sponsors, community leaders, and corporate partners.
n
- Identify and pursue new partnership and sponsorship opportunities that align with OnePath's mission and values.
n
- Manage and grow the recurring donor base through engagement campaigns, personalised outreach, and storytelling.
n
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and donor events — from concept to post-event reporting.
n
- Prepare compelling proposals, partnership decks, and impact reports for donors and sponsors.
n
- Collaborate with the media and creative teams to integrate fundraising and partnership messages across campaigns and digital content.

- Ensure compliance with all fundraising regulations, ethical standards, and donor stewardship principles.
n
- Monitor performance against KPIs and provide regular progress reports to the leadership team.
n
- Represent OnePath Network professionally and passionately in community and industry settings.

About You

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fundraising, business development, partnerships, or donor relations, ideally within a non-profit, faith-based, or media environment.
n
- Demonstrated success in meeting financial targets and developing long-term stakeholder relationships.
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — with the ability to inspire trust and support.
n
- Robust relationship management skills with a balance of empathy and professionalism.
n
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
n
- Creative, proactive, and strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
n
- Deep understanding of, and commitment to, OnePath Network's mission and Islamic values.
n
- Current NSW driver's licence.
n
- Australian permanent resident or citizen status required.
